A New Home for Watch Enthusiasts

Swiss watchmaker Audemars Piguet has unveiled its latest AP House in Atlanta’s sophisticated Buckhead Village District. This nearly 10,000-square-foot, two-story space, complete with a wrap-around terrace, represents an evolution of the brand’s retail strategy, moving beyond traditional boutiques to create an intimate and experiential environment.

The AP House concept, first launched in 2018, aims to offer a more personalized and immersive retail journey. AP House Atlanta is designed to be a ‘home away from home,’ harmoniously merging the brand’s origins in Switzerland’s Vallée de Joux with the energetic spirit of the American South.

Design and Experience

Located at 3009 Peachtree Road Northeast, the new AP House features an interior that combines bold materials with refined finishes, creating a contemporary aesthetic that echoes Audemars Piguet’s signature design codes. The ground floor showcases a curated exhibition of both historic timepieces and the brand’s latest creations, highlighting the Manufacture’s mastery in high complications and avant-garde design.

The design incorporates polished metals and deep woods, establishing visual contrasts and tactile surfaces that invite engagement. A key element of the AP House concept is its hospitality experience. Contemporary artwork by Atlanta-based artist Patrick Eugene, whose work explores his Haitian American heritage, is prominently displayed. These pieces were lent by the Mariane Ibrahim Gallery in Chicago, underscoring the brand’s commitment to fostering creative dialogue.

A Space for Connection and Discovery

AP House Atlanta offers clients a range of exclusive services, including personalized consultations, private viewings, and special presentations that delve into the artistry behind Audemars Piguet’s timepieces. The space also includes a curated listening lounge and customized areas designed for clients to relax and immerse themselves in the brand’s world.

Louis-Gabriel Fichet, CEO of Audemars Piguet Americas, expressed his enthusiasm for the new opening: “We’re proud to expand our presence in the United States with the opening of AP House Atlanta—a new home for the Audemars Piguet community in the region. We look forward to welcoming clients, friends of the brand, and horology enthusiasts to experience the essence of Le Brassus and engage with the world of Audemars Piguet.”

Global Network and Brand Vision

AP House Atlanta joins a growing global network of similar exclusive spaces. Audemars Piguet currently has AP Houses in cities including Amsterdam, Bangkok, Barcelona, Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles, Milan, Mexico City, Munich, New York, Shanghai, Singapore, Seoul, and Tokyo. This expansion reflects the brand’s vision, conceptualized in collaboration with loyal clients, to reimagine how founders Jules Louis Audemars and Edward Auguste Piguet might welcome clients in the 21st century, prioritizing warmth, sophistication, and a sense of belonging.

The opening of AP House Atlanta, which officially welcomed visitors on January 28, signifies Audemars Piguet’s dedication to creating unique environments that celebrate craftsmanship, creativity, and community, transcending the traditional retail model.
